No contract will exist between you and ZENBVEL for the Service until ZENBVEL accepts your order by a confirmatory e-mail, SMS/MMS message, or other appropriate means of communication. You are responsible for any third-party fees that you may incur when using the Service.

Governing Law

ZENBVEL is not responsible for any content, code or any other imprecision. ZENBVEL does not provide warranties or guarantees. In no event shall ZENBVEL be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages or any damages whatsoever, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tort, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the contents of the Service.
